We had an exceptional experience at The Garden City Hotel! I reserved the Presidential Suite for my niece’s wedding weekend, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make such a special occasion even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and care. The staff knew me by name, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed in the suite throughout the weekend. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The Presidential Suite was beautiful and the perfect setting for such an important family celebration. Thank you to the entire Garden City Hotel team for helping make my niece’s wedding weekend so special. Here for a family wedding but extended it through 4 days as I flew in from out of state. Room + beds were cozy, clean, I got to catch up on much needed sleep. Great selections of retail products in spa, I loved walking around the cute neighborhood each day, I loved The Patio and Hugo Spritz + Oysters, it was delicious every time and bartenders were friendly and checked on me every few minutes, Dining selections were cooked to perfection at the King room. Tony the Front Office leader gave impeccable customer service, even when there was an elevator malfunction, he had immediate solutions while it was being fixed, housekeeping crew on the 6th floor were always available and helpful. The customer experience was exceptional all around and took prescience over everything. Wedding was beautifully executed as well.<br><em>(Translation failed - API error)</em>
An das Personal und insbesondere an Pamela Colemen im The Garden City Hotel, Ich wollte einfach nur Danke sagen für den großartigen Service während meines Aufenthalts. Das Hotel war so sauber und gepflegt, und ich habe die Liebe zum Detail wirklich geschätzt. Mein Zimmer war makellos, ordentlich und sehr komfortabel, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Reinigungspersonal für all ihre harte Arbeit und Konstanz. Es ist offensichtlich, dass viel Sorgfalt darauf verwendet wird, alles so gut aussehen zu lassen. Bitte leiten Sie meinen Dank an alle Beteiligten weiter. Eure Bemühungen sind wirklich nicht unbemerkt geblieben und haben einen großen Unterschied in meinem Erlebnis gemacht. Wir haben im Jahr 2025 unsere Hochzeitsgäste hier untergebracht und unsere Empfang am Tag davor, die Hochzeitsnachfeier im Rosensaal und den Post-Hochzeitsbrunch veranstaltet. Der Brunch war fantastisch - sie haben uns während des Muttertagsbrunchs einen separaten Raum für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle waren fantastisch, besonders Chris. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben wundervolle Erinnerungen geschaffen, und auch dieses Jahr 2026 war der Muttertagsbrunch wieder fantastisch. Der Service war großartig und alle waren so nett.
