We had an exceptional experience at The Garden City Hotel! I reserved the Presidential Suite for my niece’s wedding weekend, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make such a special occasion even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and care. The staff knew me by name, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed in the suite throughout the weekend. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The Presidential Suite was beautiful and the perfect setting for such an important family celebration. Thank you to the entire Garden City Hotel team for helping make my niece’s wedding weekend so special. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion!<br><em>(Translation failed - API error)</em>
Here for a family wedding but extended it through 4 days as I flew in from out of state. Room + beds were cozy, clean, I got to catch up on much needed sleep. Great selections of retail products in spa, I loved walking around the cute neighborhood each day, I loved The Patio and Hugo Spritz + Oysters, it was delicious every time and bartenders were friendly and checked on me every few minutes, Dining selections were cooked to perfection at the King room. Tony the Front Office leader gave impeccable customer service, even when there was an elevator malfunction, he had immediate solutions while it was being fixed, housekeeping crew on the 6th floor were always available and helpful. The customer experience was exceptional all around and took prescience over everything. Wedding was beautifully executed as well.<br><em>(Translation failed - API error)</em>

El hotel estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado, y realmente aprecié toda la atención al detalle. Mi habitación estaba impecable, ordenada y muy cómoda, lo que hizo mi estancia aún mejor. Alojamos a nuestros invitados de boda aquí en 2025 y celebramos nuestra recepción de víspera, fiesta posterior a la boda en la Sala Rosa, y brunch post-boda. El brunch fue fantástico: nos asignaron una sala separada durante el brunch del Día de la Madre para nuestros invitados. Todos fueron fantásticos para trabajar, especialmente Chris. Nos lo pasamos genial y creamos recuerdos maravillosos, y regresar para el brunch del Día de la Madre este año nuevamente en 2026 fue igual de fantástico. El servicio fue excelente y todos fueron muy amables.
